“I play hockey, personally I love all the stars rinks. Sadly, this is the only rink with a small lobby and no travel locker room. Besides that, great staff, all super nice and helpful.”

“Horrible experience. Waste of time and money thanks to their poor communication. It’s impossible to get a clear understanding of when there is open ice for hockey practice. I called multiple times in the AM on a Sunday to ask if they had this available on this day bc I can’t find anywhere on the website where this is listed. They call it “stick and Puck”. Finally got someone to pick up on the third attempt and was told 1:30 to 2:45 was going to be such a session. I asked the person on the phone how I could see this event listed on the website so I didn’t have to call the next time. They had no idea. Oh well. So I make the 1 hr drive to the facility and walk in to do whatever sign up is needed so my son can get on the ice and practice. Well the kid behind the counter said it was only for adults . Wouldn’t that have been nice to have been made aware of when I called ahead of time!! I also asked the associate how I can see this inline bc clearly calling ahead doesn’t really do any good. He too had no idea. Like I . said before , complete waste of time and gas money!!! Do better Stars Center.”
