“am writing to make management aware of how disappointed I was yesterday. My son and I arrived to have a fun day out for spring break. When arriving stated we do not bowl often and asked about the rates. We were provided with the Tuesday -Thursday special. While bowling I saw an add for senior bowling so went back to the desk to request our rate be adjusted to the senior rate and the lady at the desk said she was not aware I was bowling so did not suggest that rate. Well I rented bowling shoes so what were those going to be for? Still bothered by being over charged it ruined the moment and just thought I would send out a review to make others aware express my dissatisfaction with not being provided a discounted rate when it was obviously deserved. I am 58.”

“I went to go bowling with my wife on 4/6 for her birthday . We were on lane 4 it would break down every now and then. The problem is it cost 30.00 dollars for 1 hour of bowling ,so ever time it broke down it took time away. And 30.00 dollars per hour is ridiculous, and to have to sit there a wait for the lane to be fix .The couple that was next to us said the last time they were there the something happen to them on that lane . I will going bowling at a different ally next time.”
