Absolutely awesome rock climbing gym , i haven't climbed Sense prairie walls closed its doors and i was very impressed with everything roca had to offer and the staff were excellent with get us signed in orientation video was awesome. Will definitely be back. Only feed back i have is a larger bouldering area would really set it off . But still an all around complete gym

“I have climbed at Roca several times over the last decade even though I live further away. I love how they have set up their gym to include various climbing options including the auto-belay. The staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, but focused on safety. Great programs for the community too. Thank you, Roca!”

Overview
Roca Climbing & Fitness is Rochester's sole indoor climbing facility, built for beginners through seasoned climbers. Auto-belay systems let kids climb independently without a partner, and a dedicated orientation video gets first-timers on the wall fast. Youth programs include structured climbing classes, a competitive Youth Climbing Team, and Parent/Child sessions. A second-floor fitness and yoga studio is available to members and day-pass holders aged 16 and up.
