📍 South Haven, MI
Rocket Arcade in South Haven runs two play formats: a free-play floor of 75+ retro games from the 1970s–90s on an all-access wristband, and a coin-op section with 20+ games including air hockey and crane machines.
Fun indoor experience on a chilly day in April. Not too busy or crowded with a wide variety of games and activities to play once inside.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 4 and up, and especially strong for parents who grew up in the arcade era — the retro catalog resonates across generations. The wristband format removes per-game cost pressure, letting kids explore freely. Private rental is a strong birthday party option in the South Haven area.

“Rocket Arcade in South Haven has all the classics. Take a journey back in time, you won’t regret it! Grab an all-you-can-play wristband - and play the night away. Make sure to add this to your Southwest Michigan travel plans!”

“Rocket Arcade is SO cool. Mixture of quarter games (think big name games and air hockey) and free to play floor of games with a wristband. Went last night with the kiddo to meet friends. 0 expectations as I am a gamer and the kiddo isn’t as much. Man, did we have so much fun. I got to travel through the deep halls of arcade nostalgia while watching my kid make memories with friends. We spent almost 3 hours playing without even realizing it. Facilities were very clean. Games are a good mixture of everything. Standard box games, riders and racers, shooters, etc. Recommending to all who visit South Haven!”

“Great place to take the kids for a couple hours clean and fun”
