“Went here last week. No one controlling the skaters at all, many who are flying around out of control. My son is 8, knows how to blade. We were skating together. Out of no where, he got run over by an ~16-18 year old kid who clearly was not a pro at skating, speeding and out of control. My son broke his wrist. No one came to help, lucky I was there. Other kid took off and left the rink fast. Once the staff came, they refunded us and gave him a slush. If you have rules, try to enforce them real safety ones not forbidding water. Also my son lucky had a helmet on, almost no one does. We are $600 deep in medical bills already. The rink didn’t even take down our info to check back in. Good luck having your parties here or sending your kid unsupervised.”
