The claw games are all the type with the 3 claws so that means no other style. The payout rate is 10-20 swipes per machine which is pretty high. The PokΓ©mon based claws require more swipes. The staff are friendly and helpful.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with older kids who love arcade games and don't mind spending extra for entertainment. The massive game selection including rhythm games is impressive, but avoid if you want quality bowling or expect responsive customer service. Great for special occasions but budget accordingly as costs add up quickly.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘No bowling wait list system - check back frequently or call ahead on busy weekends
⏰Bring physical ID for any bar purchases, even if you're clearly over 21
🎟️Budget more than expected - machines are pricier than typical arcades
πŸš—Consider membership for bowling discounts if planning multiple visits

β€œWe wanted to check the place out - a place that advertised bowling, karaoke, pool and games all in once place. Lots of hype since it just opened last weekend at the mall (where Rainforest Cafe used to be). 10 lanes for bowling, all full, $45 for 1 hours is not a bad rate for weekend prices. But there's no wait list system so we decided it wasn't worth checking in every so often just to get a lane. 6 pool tables, seemed alright but it wasn't our thing. I waited in line for drink at their "bar" but they needed to swipe a physical ID and I had left mine in the car. (I'm almost 40 but I guess they take the ID thing very seriously). We walked through mazes of claw games before we got to the arcade. Its a huge selection with almost every kind of game, including lots of rhythm games (guitar hero lookalike, dance rush which is simplified ddr, some DJ and drumming games). That's probably where I'll spend my money next time. The karaoke / party rooms were booked, a huge space with lots of tables and plastic chairs. No crazy asian drama music videos, just words, which I imagine is a pretty different from standard KTV experience. We vowed never to take our kids here with all the shiny games ha!”

β€œWe have been twice and both times I feel like it’s ok. On the grand opening week, we decided to get the membership and were given a better price for bowling. The bowling area isn’t as big but it serves its purpose. The machines are just ok, but they are a bit on the expensive side. I had a couple of questions the second time about the membership and linking it to the online app, and the managers weren’t any help at all. The staff tries to get answers from them, but they give no explanation, just a "yes" or "no." Honestly, they don’t seem trained enough to be managers.”

β€œThe staffs need more training. I visit on the grand opening day, and this is the only location that the staff refused to reposition the plushie. I asked again for the mini plush machine and the staff called on someone and told me to wait for another staff with keys to assist, but I was left there for 15 minutes without anyone coming so I just gave up on that machine and go away. Thumb up for the staff with microphone in the evening, he’s trying hard to hype up customer and actually helpful! I then went over to the food area trying to purchase Gintama Collabs coaster. I confirmed with the staff on the availability and after I paid they seem confuse on what to be given. They tried to give me a sticker for $10 drink. I told them I need a phrase 2 coaster and that was nowhere to be found so they told me it’s not phrase two yet which is straight up lying to my face. I even open the website with the date and show them. They then told me they don’t have it so I told them I don’t want it anymore and they were even trying to replace the $10 drink to a 99€ ice cream. So I told him I want a refund instead and it took two managers to come here to process the refund. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasure experience at all. Staff were lack of training and I didn’t have the luck to look to win any big plushies/figure today. This is very disappointing because we came all the way from Coney Island Brooklyn to New Jersey hoping to have fun at the new Round 1 location.”
