📍 Cumberland, GA
Sandbox VR Atlanta at Battery puts groups of up to six in full-body tracking suits for shared virtual reality missions. Experiences include zombie survival, action adventures, and more. Reservations required. Located steps from Truist Park.
they had technical issues and we were started an hour over our scheduled time. We were group of 4 doing the newest "zombie" one. Staff were considerate and told us how to get a refund and recommended we go to their other location. Other location was great. Make sure you have a reservation. Only con technically is the lack of IPD adjustment but I get why they can't do that for each person if they don't increase the setup time.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids aged 10 and up who want a high-energy shared adventure. Younger children may find the headsets uncomfortable and some themes intense. Groups of 4–6 get the most value from the private session format. Always reserve ahead — walk-ins are rarely accommodated.
