Pretty, friendly animals. Even the geese, just dont chase any and your fine. Lots of parks and areas for families. Lots of parking. Not alot of swings. Seems many were removed inplace of some spinning hanging bars. Only set i saw were for todlers/babies. There is a beach and boat rental too. Fishing is calm. When i went it was after it rained. So no bites nor nibbles (need to cast out far into the deep). I saw other fishers having the exact same issue. No bites, not even nibbles. They stock trout, crab, bass, and tilapia i think. Summer they stock catfish and others. Heard that the last friday of the month is an overnight fishing day. You will have to buy the wristband but after you and your family can camp in your cars and fish over night. They have alot of things for the kids, from free gifts to games. I heard this from their staff but i cant wait to see it for myself.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for active families with varied interests — cycling, fishing, swimming, and camping can all anchor the same visit. Toddlers and young children use the playground and beach area; older children and adults get the most from the trails and water activities.
