“They follow you and watch you even when you’ve done nothing wrong. Unless you’re of a certain demographic, then you’re fine. First, we showed our tickets to the girl and she told us where to go. She didn’t say the theatre wasn’t cleaned yet so we didn’t know. We walked in only to have the workers rudely say you need to leave unless you don’t want the theatre cleaned. Why did she have to be so rude?! Could’ve just said “I’m sorry we still need to clean the theatre so it’s not ready yet”. We said oh ok sorry we didn’t know. Then we walked to the front to just stand there waiting. We were watched while just literally standing in one spot waiting for our movie to start. We are a military family and one of us was on call and had to answer a duty phone. So the rest of the family stood there waiting quietly. But they and the security kept watching us, and the rude worker once again in her rude tone told us we can’t bring in outside drinks. So I said why did you guys let us in earlier and then call us out in front of everyone when you could’ve told us we couldn’t from the beginning. Our kids and us had our water bottles btw. So we went to put them in car, came back in to grab our food from the locker, then tried to go to our seats because the theatre was ready. But we were followed because they said we just walked in without our tickets. What?! You guys literally watched us from the moment we walked in, and you didn’t see your employee check our ticket already?! And why you only following us when other people are literally doing the exact same thing! Ugh! Ruined a family night out.”

“Thought this was going to be a great experience but it was not. Started with buying tickets, the staff stood there and watched us trying to buy tickets, after a few minutes we decided to abandon the touch screen and visit the customer service desk and the guy behind the counter says 'oh, they aren't working correctly'. Kinda wish he would have just told us, we were ten feet away and he wasn't helping anyone else. The drink station was stinky, sticky and non carbonated mess. The trash was full in the theater when we walked in, the seating was worn past its ability to be comfortable. The floor was sticky, the one thing I was expecting. It was uncomfortably warm and humid. Crazy to me. I was truly disappointed.”
