📍 Secaucus, NY
Well-maintained swimming facility with outstanding lifeguards and safety supervision. Clean pool environment, though some families report mixed experiences with entrance staff.
I love the staff they treated us very good. The life guards are always the best and a hero to save kids from drowning. There never any problem not one complaint from them 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. We are always welcome to come here.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
This is a clean, well-maintained pool facility with outstanding lifeguards that's great for families with children who need water safety supervision. However, be prepared for potentially rude treatment from entrance and concession staff that could significantly impact your family's enjoyment. Best for families who prioritize pool quality and safety over customer service experience.

“Pool is really nice had a lot of fun The concession stand person was very rude called me fat for order a lot of items you would think someone spending money would be treated nicer another customer said they have trays and she scuffed as she didn’t want to give me one as well as telling me to slow down as I’m ordering very rude next time I’ll bring my own food from plaza pizza in town Much butter treatment might have been because I’m Spanish honestly as I walked up she started with me when my wife went before me she was treated very well look into who you have working your stands”

“Really disappointed in the treatment my wife and I received while visiting. We have never had an issue before this most recent visit, where we were told to vacate a cabana or pay a $30 rental fee. We've come to the pool several times this season (moved to Secaucus last winter) and we have never been asked/seen anyone asked to pay for using the cabanas--ESPECIALLY when none were in use. I understand if you have rentals for parties and reserve the cabanas, but to not allow anyone to use the space when the pool is empty? If this is to be enforced fairly/regularly signs should be posted near the cabanas. But whatever, I get that the rules are the rules. Mostly, I did not appreciate how to staff member approached us about this. She was incredibly rude and dismissive of us. She acted as if our intentions were to misuse the pool resources when she should've considered that the cabana rules were unknown to us. When we told her we've used the cabanas in the past without renting, she clearly assumed we were lying. If she had approached us kindly, I would not have had such an issue with someone enforcing the pool rules. This supposed to be a location residents of Secaucus can enjoy with friends and family, however, with such poor treatment from the ADULT staff my enjoyment has been tainted.”

“I appreciate the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool... it's always a pleasant environment in that regard. However, the staff at the front entrance could benefit from customer service training. A more welcoming and courteous approach would significantly improve the overall experience for guests.”
