Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay

“Excellent aquarium! Very well done! I love ocean and everything related to it, so visiting an aquarium while traveling is a tradition for us. This one is relatively small, but lots of interesting fish and perfectly designed exhibit! Plus definitely worth to do a virtual reality movie at the end (it is included in the ticket price). I highly recommend this attraction for all ages!!! Enjoy!”

“Incredible views of the marine life! Great for adults and kids. You can easily spend 1-2 hours here, ending in a gift shop with decent prices, if you take a minute to look for them.”

“This was a cute aquarium. The staff was friendly, and the tanks were clean. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get since the aquarium isn’t very big, but we still had a great time. The sting ray touch area was really fun! I probably wouldn’t come back next time I’m in town, but it was nice to see it once. One thing to note—the photos are quite pricey, $40 for one photo and a digital copy.”

“We were staying at Mandalay Bay and looking for something for our kids to do one morning. We decided to check out the Shark Reef aquarium. The aquarium had a lot of things to see but it is not very large. It's something fun to do for a couple of hours but that's all. We have been to many of the larger aquariums and this doesn't compare. For the price it wasn't too bad. The kids had fun. The shark tank at the end was fun. The kids loved walking under the sharks. They also have a touch tank with sing rays.”
