1 / 3Six Flags New England
π Agawam, NY
New England's premier theme park with 12 world-class roller coasters including Wicked Cyclone and Superman, plus Hurricane Harbor water park with wave pool and family rides.
We visited Six Flags New England for the first time today and had a really great time. This place has two top tier roller-coasters in Wicked Cyclone and the Superman coaster. Both rides are absolutely fantastic. The rest of the park rides and coasters are solid as well but no where near in the same league as Wicked Cyclone and Superman. With that being said, Six Flags New England is worth a visit for those two rides alone!
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with thrill-seeking kids and teens who can handle world-class roller coasters like Wicked Cyclone and Superman. Visit during off-peak times or questionable weather for shorter lines and a better experience. Budget extra for expensive food or plan to eat outside the park.

βWhat can I say? Awesome experience as usual. Lines weren't too long, but as always food prices are through the roof, before you go have something in the car, and go back in. Definitely buy the ticket in advance and people have cheaper parking in front of the park. Flash pass is worth it in SUMMER months only. Besides that go have a good time with the family or by yourself for that matter!β

βMy family and I love it here so much fun. Fright fest was better than Halloween horror nights in Orlando Florida. Just on a smaller scale. But better effort from these actors. Great job everyone that worked this event.β

βI purchased season tickets for both this year and next (2026) and decided to check out the final showcase of Fright Fest. It was a great experience! We barely had to wait for any rides, likely because the light rain in the forecast kept the crowds away. A little drizzle while we were there didnβt bother us at all β having no lines was priceless. We grabbed a few snacks, and while the prices are on the higher side for what you get, thatβs expected at most parks. Overall, this is a fantastic place to visit, especially during the summer months when you can enjoy both the rides and the water park. The only downside is that lines can get long during warmer seasons, but my best advice is to visit during off-peak times or when the weather looks a bit questionable β it makes all the difference. Whether youβre visiting with family, kids, or friends, thereβs something here for everyone. Itβs a fun and memorable experience for both children and adults alike.β
