“What an awesome rink to get your skate on! Staff is amazing. I love the wood floor, even with minor imperfections... it's been the same floor for 45+ years I've been skating there. Full time DJ would be nice for requests and such instead of a looping track of repeats... some of which doesn't even resemble skating music. Great selection of snacks and beverages”

“We attended for a school event (04/02/2026) and WOW—just WOW. I was honestly blown away by almost everything. The place was clean and smelled great (not old or like feet, which is a huge plus for a skating rink!). The food court was very reasonably priced, and the music? 10/10. Super up-to-date and such a fun vibe for both kids and adults. Now, the downside… The three young ladies working the skate sanitizing/skate counter had absolutely terrible attitudes. It was honestly shocking. Like many families there, this was our first time, and we were excited to experience it with our kids. Instead, we were met with short, curt, and rude interactions that completely killed the vibe in that moment. We HAD to go through them to get skates, and they made what should have been a simple process feel unnecessarily difficult. I was made to feel stupid for not already knowing how their sizing system worked, which was frustrating and honestly uncalled for. I wasn’t the only one either—several other parents felt the same way. On a night where an entire school is attending, you’d expect at least basic, friendly customer service… but this was the opposite. It was a major turn-off. That said, the kitchen staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and a complete contrast to that experience. Despite the poor interaction at the skate counter, we will be back because everything else was great. But management should seriously address the attitude at the front lines—because it matters.”
