“Kind and Neighborly- I recently attended a tournament at Arsenal Volleyball Club, and I was really impressed by the kindness of the staff from Skateland Arena. After I got hit in the eye with a volleyball, the staff members who were restocking the vending machines immediately checked on me and asked if I was okay and if I needed ice. That level of attentiveness and care meant a lot, especially during a busy tournament. It’s refreshing to see staff who genuinely look out for guests, even when they’re not directly involved with the event.”
