“Terrible place really i purchased an elite membership last week. While looking into buying a membership i asked the cashier what all it included and she told me everything i could bring them to the glow events all of it. Super good deal right? It included a buddy pass so it worked out perfect for my kiddos. Same day they jumped my little girl repeatedly got hit in the face in the dodgball area and the worker told her to quit being a cry baby. I spoke to manager on duty nothing, was done besides a promise to handle it. Next week i was able to bring them to a glow party and guess what? They informed the old passes from last year included that perk NOT the new pass. I was extremely frustrated because that meant the promise the kids had all week to jump at the glow party for free actually cost me another 70$. The same manager couldnt help me said thats how it was. Once this month is up i wont renew absolutely garbage ran establishment by a bunch of teens. Someone should get around to changing the handouts they give you when you get the membership because it clearly still states NO BLACKOUTS. As well as the internet page says it includes glow parties.”

“Horrible experience here. Took my daughter who is one and they told me I couldn’t sit on equipped without purchasing socks. They had nowhere to sit for parents that were not jumping. The staff kept harassing us about petty stuff. I will never be back to this establishment ever again.”
