“Absolutely terrible experience. Zero monitoring of the under 6 area so bigger kids come in and act like abusive animals. Constant reminders on the speakers not to run, but all I saw was everyone running and several instances of bigger kids just breaking out into fist fights. My 4 year old got jumped on and kicked in the head. But there's 4 people making sure you have an observer wrist band. We'll never come back here and I hope this place gets shut down. Disgusting. I'm not going to email you. When you start enforcing your own rules, or stop letting animals run wild in your building, lmk. Stop trying to take the conversation offline, the public deserves to know how you run your show.”

“This is the worst skyzone , place is dusty as hell, you pay all this money to jump and play for a certain amount of time just for half of the place to be unusable , bathrooms ALWAYS stink, & people don’t do their job they let kids play in dangerous parts that aren’t suppose to be played with . Just a terrible place . I wouldn’t recommend this location at all”
