1 / 3Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf
π Bradenton, FL
Smugglers Cove Bradenton winds 18 holes through caves, a pirate ship, and waterfalls, with an on-site alligator exhibit housing multiple gators under 5 feet that visitors feed using cane fishing poles purchased at the desk.
Nice course for mini golf and also the live gators. You can buy food from the desk when you pay for your golfing and then you can feed the gators. All are under 5 feet long but they did look to be very hungry, and there was a lot of them! The course is not easy but I did get a hole in one on #7. With any hole in one you get a spin of the dice when you are done to win a free round. Nice place to take the kids or grandkids.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids aged 4 and up who want a wildlife encounter woven into their mini golf round. The under-5-foot gators are big enough to impress without intimidating younger children. Mixed-skill groups play comfortably β the course rewards fun over precision.

βWhat a blast. The layout is quite clever and the theme is very Florida. I also bought feed for the gators, which turned out more fun than expected. The staff was friendly and nice. My only critique is that it's not very challenging. I wish there were more obstacles.β

βAs with everything else it is pricey but we still enjoyed ourselves.β

Set on Cortez Road West, this Bradenton location leans into its Florida identity β the pirate ship layout and live gator feeding make it feel distinctly local. Gators are described as visibly active and numerous; reviewers note they respond eagerly to feeding. The course layout is considered clever and not highly technical, with at least one hole-in-one reported on hole 7. Staff earn consistent praise for friendliness.
