“Very rude front staff. Got my kids for skating coaching lessons for $95+ tax per child. Coaching looked like a joke.. No dedication, no attention to any students, not even for little ones. They are just left alone to figure out skating by themselves, after paying almost $300 as fees for multiple kids. Felt like a rip off and absolutely non-professional and non-ethical. Their answer? They are short staffed! Then why take huge money from people and start classes if you don't have staff to teach? What happened to Work integrity and Coaching morales? It was a total chaos with so many students left clueless.. Very bad place to learn skating, to say the least. Management, if you're reading this, PLEASE have some respect for students, their parents and their time, energy and hard earned money.. 🙏”
