“Manager over at the gym was having a power trip. Me and brother came as we have been everyday for a month he scanned his card. I had forgot mine at home however we have paid family memberships at the gym so I didn't think it was a big deal since we have one family membership together. No employee helped us so I was waiting and decided to go since I had my membership paid. The manager walks over before we come in the gym even though she didn't stand up to help us in the beginning, she was being rude and didn't let me explain, she could have so easily checked my name in the system as they have done a couple times before but she didn't due to her having a power trip. All this over a gym that many others sneak into but I guess we did a worse crime by having paid memberships and getting no help.”

“I called and asked if the indoor basketball courts were open to play, and they said yes, first come, first serve. But when we arrived at the park, the girl at the front desk told us each had to pay $5 dollars per adult and $4 dollars for teens. They have 2 courts, and 4 teams were playing. It was at least 10 adults waiting to play. It was not guaranteed to play. My husband and I were just here to watch my teen son, and they wanted us to pay to watch.”

“The girl with black hair & nerd 🤓 glasses in the morning was being rude & lied saying there isn’t restrooms here! & told me to go outside to use them! All i needed to do was use the restroom real quick for my little son. And she was very rude asking me for my membership & was very unprofessional and had no people skills.”
