📍 Solana Beach, CA
Squarena in Solana Beach offers two bookable interactive arenas - Blinky's (up to 6 players) and Sprocket's (up to 8 players). Each booking includes two 18-minute rounds of stepping on glowing blue tiles to clear levels and avoid red tiles.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 6 and up who can follow fast-paced game rules. The format rewards quick reflexes and teamwork, making it genuinely engaging for mixed adult-child groups. Younger children under 5 may struggle to follow the tile logic under time pressure. Birthday groups of 6-8 kids hit the sweet spot for energy and competition.

“I highly recommend this place, at first I was also afraid to go there because it's new and there are only two rooms but in the end we celebrated the birthday of my 9 year old daughter and there were about 18 girls and the girls had a crazy time and there was a super good atmosphere and the staff is very helpful and nice, highly recommend!!”

“A really great place to bring your child for some exercise... I did it with them and I was exhausted like I ran four miles on the treadmill.... If you're a parent and you would like to enjoy your night have your kids run it out here.... guarantee they'll be in bed by 8:00 on a full stomach of course 👍🏾”
