The STRAT SkyPod sits atop a 1,149-foot tower on the Las Vegas Strip, featuring two observation decks, three extreme thrill rides including Big Shot and X-Scream, SkyJump controlled descent, a revolving restaurant, and interactive indoor exhibits.
This was truly our LAST stop before heading to the airport. Another great view of the city at night, we were disappointed that the roller coaster was not running during our visit. Our previous stop was the Paris Hotel’s Eiffel Tower platform, as for the best view, it depends on what you are looking for each place has their pluses, with the Strat it was definitely more spacious at the top when looking out over the city and I really enjoyed the color changing Las Vegas arches in front of the hotel, with the Eiffel Tower, you could get a 360 view of the city and watch Bellagio fountain show from the top. I enjoyed each one and I was glad I had the opportunity to do them both on my Go City Pass.

The STRAT SkyPod is the tallest freestanding observation tower in the United States at 1,149 feet. Levels 108 and 109 host the two-level indoor/outdoor observation deck with panoramic Las Vegas valley views, interactive video maps, 108 Eats, and 108 Drinks. Level 112 and 109 house the thrill rides: Big Shot shoots riders 160 feet upward at 45 mph, X-Scream teeter-totters over the tower edge at 866 feet, and SkyJump is a controlled descent from the tower exterior.
