âToday, June 13, the park reopened. Everything is very nice, with trash cans in many places, two tables to sit and eat there, but the people are very dirty since there was trash thrown everywhere. We should keep the place clean for our children.â

âNice small playground for kids featuring two play areas with slides, kid swings, a sprinkler shower for the summer heat and picnic tables for snacking. Playground is named after former Mayor William L. Strong who by the way was the last Mayor of New York City before the consolidation of the five boroughs.â

âIt has the potential to be a great alternative for those who want to go somewhere less packed and hectic than St. James Park. Pretty small but it has what children typically need. Just a heads up for parents, people bring their dogs to this park and may let them off the leash.â
