Great staff, very friendly and helpful with the harnesses for climbing. Kids 6 and 10 both found other kids to play with and had a great y. Snacks are reasonably priced

Overview

Open since 2018, Terrain Park is Chico's primary climbing facility with 16-foot bouldering walls built by Vertical Solutions and 12 auto-belay lanes that let beginners and young climbers rope climb without a belay partner. Around 150 boulder problems span V0 beginner to V10 expert, with a full section reset every other week. Training equipment includes a campus board, hangboards, Kilter Board, and a complete weight room. Staff actively assist beginners with harness fitting and movement basics.
