âOlivia is truly beyond 5 stars. She completely made our experience at The Alley perfect. I used to love coming here, but coming back and being taken care of by Olivia reminded me why. From the moment we walked in, her energy, attentiveness, and professionalism stood out. She made everything feel welcoming and smooth, and you can tell she genuinely cares about every customer. Because of Olivia, this visit was not just good, it was amazing. She goes above and beyond in a way that you do not see often anymore. She deserves all the recognition and honestly a raise. Employees like her are the reason people return. If you visit The Alley, ask for Olivia. You will not be disappointed.â

âThe vibe was amazing, and I had such a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. I also loved that they had a restaurant where you could grab something to eat while waiting for the staff to text you when your lane was ready, along with a fun arcade and pool tables.â
