“It's a relatively small arcade but still has some cool games for kids. Noel was great! He helped us when we had issues with the games that were out of order and even filled up a water game when it ran out of water for us. Keep him around.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a complete rip off! I will never come here again and buyer beware. Most of the machines do not work. Check the machines before you buy your card. We walked in and asked to purchase a card from the desk The worker pointed at the card machine and said to purchase there. All of the games light up as if they are working and functional, but when you try to play, they don’t work, shut off/reset mid game or say “error” with no indication (red light) or sign that they are out of order. We purchased a $100 card and most of the games did not work. We asked the person who worked there to fix the games and they said “someone is coming” but did not provide a time frame. We waited 15 min, asked when someone was coming and they said sorry, I don’t know when but someone is coming. They couldn’t fix any of the games themselves. At that point we asked for a refund because most of the games didn’t work, and our children were getting frustrated; to which the worker replied “call your bank” because they don’t do refunds. I asked to speak to a manager and they pretending to call someone and then said, the manager said call your bank. That is a scam, they know you can’t dispute the charge unless it’s fraud so that tactic is used. The entire place is a scam. There is no Air Conditioning. The place is hot inside. They have no number for kiosk to report issues and don’t care as if this is some scam they’ve done to other people before.”
