1 / 3The Children's Museum of Green Bay
📍 Green Bay, WI
The Children's Museum of Green Bay on Bay Beach Rd offers interactive exhibits for young children, including a popular water table. Birthday parties are bookable. Open Tuesday–Sunday; closed Mondays. Children under 15 months enter free.
Its a great place to take young kids... Was kind of surprised by how expensive it was though because they charge per adult too.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for children roughly ages 18 months to 7 years. The water table and tactile exhibits are best suited to toddlers and preschoolers. Older children may exhaust the exhibit floor faster. Arriving at opening on weekdays gives the best experience; Saturday mornings can be crowded and parking tight.

“We got there right when they opened on a Saturday and the parking lot was already full. Im guessing they had a birthday party going on. My son is just under 2 and most of the stuff was out of his realm of play. It was also a lot of things crammed into a very small area. The water table was really nice but a lot of the toys were visibly dated. The rest of the areas were strictly imaginative play outsjde of the small playset with one slide. Considering we had to pay $24 for all of us to go there for at most 2 hours when we can go to Let's Run Around for a $12 entry fee (and that pays for my kiddo as well as both parents) and we can come & go all day - i dont think we would come back to the Childrens Museum unless it was for a special event. They really downsized and crammed everything together when they relocated to the new location.”

Overview
Located on Bay Beach Road adjacent to the Bay Beach Amusement Area, this nonprofit children's museum provides hands-on exhibits scaled for young visitors. The water table is a standout feature for toddlers. Birthday party hosting is available for private bookings. The museum follows Green Bay School District closures for inclement weather. Reviewers note the space can feel compact on busy Saturday mornings when parking fills early — weekend birthday parties contribute to peak crowds.
