have been to every climbing gym in the area and this is by far my favorite. great space great people

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for school-age kids aged 5 and up who want structured climbing instruction or a high-energy birthday party. The auto-belays let confident young climbers explore independently, and the trained staff belay team means large groups — including scout packs of 60+ — move through efficiently without long waits.

â„šī¸ What to Know Before You Go

⏰First-timers should book a private staff belay session or intro class rather than walking in cold.

“Our cubscout pack just had our Camp-In at Gravity Vault Flemington. We had 60 scouts come! The staff at Gravity Vault was amazing!! They made sure that there were plenty of people to belay so the kids weren't waiting around. They were encouraging and understanding to all of the children. The staff moved around to different walls so everyone had a variety! We couldn't be happier with our event being there.”

“I have been member of this gym for 4 years and I'm NOT planning to renew my membership. over the last few years, route setting has been slower and slower: we are currently at 2 ropes per week i.e. 4 new routes per week. events are at the expense of regular customers (see other review and my original post). There used to be 3 routes per anchor now there are 2, sometimes only 1. Lead/ top rope community has now dwindled out. Too many comp style boulders taking most of the bouldering space. I used to go to gym exited for new challenges... I used to... My membership ends in the fall. so maybe they'll do something about it and I'll update my review accordingly. original post 2024: What's going on with the route setting? Since the competition more than a month ago, there is almost no new route set. There is a bunch of anchor with only 1 route, missing quickdraws , the beast is missing half of the usual routes and in the last 3 weeks we only got 6 new routes. Competition should not be at the expense of normal customers”
