“I loved the Laser Mill I came for my 13th birthday and me and my friends had so much fun and had the best time the people there were nice to me and my friends and family definitely recommend coming here for so much fun and excitement”

“Worst experience yet. No hospitality, overcrowded facility, and will wait over an hour to play. Little kids running around with out parents, causing a serious safety hazard. Place is dirty and I can’t imagine how dirty the vest are.. No structure or back bone to this business. Money hungry. Shame on you Chip White. Sell while you have the chance.”

“Horrible experience... emailed DAYS in advance for group of 19, double session reservation made for Sat. 2/21 starting at 6:15pm. We'll let me say our reservation was loss, then found, then charged more than should have for double session with 91 players in our group. Oh did I mention the staff behind the counter didn't know how to enter our payment amount correctly either. Next 6:15 cam and went and we were not playing during our time slot... over and hour later still didn't play our first session. Next we have dining reservations at 8pm so now we had to adjust that, finally 7:30 we canceled when yet another group went before us. Canceled the reservation and was met with grief by staff... I SAY AGAIN HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR WASTING OUR TIME. SHOULD BE RATED ZERO STARS FOR ABSOLUTE DISASTER.”

“Very disappointed - won’t be back. Just changed it up from how it was previously. Less time, less games, equipment is cheap, and less fun. Scoring system is flawed. Used to be 15 min sessions. Now they are five minutes for the same price. $28 for 10 minutes. Not worth it.”
