Seamless booking process for a 1st grader's birthday party. Day of, they had the room ready to go with table and chairs when we got there. The staff was amazing and very patient with all the kids when it came to putting on harnesses and shoes. Kids were back and forth between the party room and the climbing areas for the 2 hour duration. It was ideal for kids that either wanted a break from climbing and those that wanted to climb the entire time. The day before the party, I started to doubt my idea of booking a climbing party for a bunch of 7 yr old boys with a ton of energy, thinking it would be total chaos. It was the exact opposite. The bday boy got a coloring book and a cool Pad t-shirt that he has yet to take off. We will definitely book here again.
