The PlayGarten
π Silverthorne, CO
The PlayGarten offers a multi-level climbing playground, toddler soft-play zone, open turf with soccer and basketball goals, a MultiBall interactive sports wall, arcades, and a newly added mini-golf course.
Itβs got something for everyone, worth going a long ways for, and is operated by good people.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children from crawling age through early teens. The separated toddler floor means infants and big kids aren't competing for the same space. Families visiting Summit County on ski trips find it an essential bad-weather alternative. Adults get genuine downtime at the biergarten rather than just watching from the sidelines.

βA really wonderful place on days that are just too cold for skiing! Our 3.5yo and 1.5yo boys had a blast. There were lots of different activities and nothing seemed too advanced for them. It was extremely clean & well kept. We will definitely be back!β

βWe just tried out the new putt putt they added and kids loved it! Pretty clean and safe place for kids.β

βEasy place to take the kids with great food next door. For $25 per kid it is over priced though. All the arcades around the play area are expensive too.β

Overview
The PlayGarten in Silverthorne sits at 325 Blue River Pkwy and operates year-round β a particularly useful option when mountain weather shuts down outdoor activities. The multi-level playground targets a wide age range, with the ground floor soft-play zone designed specifically for toddlers and crawlers. The open turf area accommodates running, soccer, and basketball. The MultiBall interactive sports wall works for all ages. A mini-putt course was recently added and has been a hit.
