The Rink @ The Arena

“I bought my niece and her boyfriend to the rink and it was a great experience. They had never been ice skating before and they got the hand of it quickly. They had padded floors and we rented ice skates. It you book it online it’s $5 cheaper. The staff was friendly. They had these assisted ice pusher things for you kids. I saw many parents with there kids using it. There was also a lot of staff on and off the ice. I would say this was a well oiled machine. I went on a very busy Saturday and I felt they were well organized. I highly recommend going here.”

“We went at Noon on Sunday, purchased our tickets a day before. Wait in line was about 20 minutes ,which is not bad. We were afraid that there will be no seals available for rent ($10), but thankfully the staff brought couple more that were needed. Overall it was a nice experience and we had a good time. A little too crowded but i guess that’s a norm on a Sunday afternoon.”

“Horrible time. Alicia or Alyssa one of the workers was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her excuse for majority of the concerns were "oh that employee was new, she didn't know any better" Very unorganized! It's a shame. They will lose a lot of business on customer service alone. She didn't even know who the supervisor was on duty. Time to retrain staff. The holidays are quickly approaching and they will be busier.”

“There is absolutely no organization on weekends. Selling tickets with specific time slots is completely pointless when everyone is eventually told to just line up and wait. There were not enough seals, and despite being told to line up, there was no staff member managing the line at all. This was a complete waste of time and money. The service was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this place.”
