The Village Fort Lee
📍 Fort Lee, NY
Montessori-inspired play cafe offering open play, Mini & Me classes for ages 0-2, Learn & Grow Pre-K, and full-service birthday parties for up to 45 guests. Parents handle nothing — decor, food, and activities are all coordinated.
We hosted an amazing 3rd birthday party for my son at The Village last weekend and are so happy with how everything turned out. It was a Super Mario theme and the team handled everything from the color-coordinated balloon garland & decor, to the party supplies, pizza, cupcakes and cake. They nailed every part of the aesthetic and made my to-do list minimal. Aka a busy mom’s dream. All we had to do was show up 30 minutes before and get situated! The space itself was clean, bright, and inviting for kids to play. Parents grabbed coffee from the coffee bar and were able to watch their kids easily while mingling with other parents. We had the whole space to ourselves, which was also nice and gave the party a more intimate feel. The staff kept the kids entertained and had a fun arts & crafts activity that tied in with our theme. Again, one less thing for me to think about! My son and his friends had a blast. If you’re looking for a great space to host a birthday party where the details are taken care of for you and where kids will have fun, look no further than The Village. Dana, Georgette, and the extended team truly make it easy and special for you, and I can’t recommend them enough.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 0-7 who want a genuinely stress-free birthday party. The team runs Super Mario themes, balloon garlands, and all catering without parents lifting a finger. Twins' 4th parties, 3rd birthdays, and second-birthday milestones are all well documented in reviews.

“In addition to loving this playspace as a perfect spot for both kids and parents to enjoy, we had the pleasure of hosting our twins 4th birthday party there. We were seeking a playspace for the party so kidz would have the ability to run and play in but found most of them to be not enjoyable for the adults. The Village is so beautifully designed. The stand out feature for the party was the accommodation by the staff before during and after the event. It started to quickly feel like they weren’t doing this for the money. There was such a genuine interest in helping us and making the event so fabulous for everyone. And speaking of money, the price was Great! I was even able to add an open tab where guests could enjoy coffee made to order and it was very reasonable. Having twins has been challenging for us so I have to stress that the joy I received from this party was more that just a good time, it was like medicine. I’ll be forever grateful to the Village for making our little ones dreams come true.”

“Had our kid’s birthday party at The Village and it was such a great experience. Super stress-free — we barely had to plan anything since the decorations, cake, pizza, and activities were all handled for us. The space was the perfect size for our group (about 45 people) and never felt crowded. The kids had an awesome time with all the pretend play areas, slides, and the ball pit. Very cozy and intimate setup. Huge shoutout to Rebecca and her colleague — they were fantastic hosts and made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend this spot if you want an easy, fun, and memorable party for the kids!”

“This place truly is wonderful! I can’t tell you how joyful I felt celebrating my daughter’s birthday here. I was a bit nervous about booking without visiting first, but it turned out to be a fantastic choice, no regrets at all!!They support local vendors, which is a big plus. The staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. My only wish is that I had celebrated my daughter's birthday here sooner 🩷.”
