π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children across a wide age range β Kids Cove serves toddlers, the FlowRider and large slides target older kids and teens. Weekday visits deliver the same experience at a fraction of the weekend cost and with more manageable crowds.

βHad an amazing experience. Thought it would be slammed on a Saturday, but the crowds were perfect, not overcrowded. But what made the day stand out was our server, Maxx. Supposedly it was his first day, but it seemed like he had being doing it for 20 years given how efficient and pleasant he was. He really made us feel like family instead of just another guest at the park. Will be going back.β

βPricing is absurd. Friday tickets were more than double the weekday price β classic surge pricing with no real justification. It felt less like a family water park and more like airline revenue management. Then there were the hidden fees. We were charged an undisclosed gratuity fee that wasnβt clearly communicated upfront. Nothing like getting surprised with extra charges after already spending a few hundred dollars. Service didnβt help the situation. Staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. At one point we asked for the Wi-Fi password after spending over $300 on tickets, and they flat-out refused to provide it. Overall it felt overpriced, nickel-and-dimed, and poorly run. There are plenty of better ways to spend a day in Miami. Would not go back.β
