1 / 3Tot Lot
📍 Parkmerced, CA
Small playground at 690 Brotherhood Way in San Francisco, near a busy highway. Sized for young children and primarily used by residents of the neighboring building. Equipment is basic and the footprint is compact.
This "tot" lot is starting to not be a tot anymore. I don't think 6 years is considered a tot anymore. I remember when this park was oh so very young. *happy tears*
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Most practical for families who live in the Brotherhood Way building or immediately nearby. Families traveling from other neighborhoods will find the small footprint and highway proximity less rewarding than larger SF playgrounds. Best for children under 6 given the tot-focused equipment.

“Ok playground but the pictures can fool you. It’s tiny and right next to a very busy Highway. Definitely will not go back. This is more for folks in the building next door”

Overview
Tot Lot is a small neighborhood playground on Brotherhood Way in San Francisco. It's a compact space — reviewers caution that photos make it look larger than it is — and sits close to a busy highway. The play equipment skews toward younger children, and the space is most convenient for families living in the adjacent residential building. It functions as a local backyard substitute rather than a destination playground.
