Absolutely the best all around. We have a baby and the staff is SO FRIENDLY, the lifeguards AMAZING and the kid pool is perfect. I love the easy access with ramps to bring the stroller down and the tables in the kid pool section (which makes it convenient for us to change our boy). We are so thankful to start our family in West New York having access to this summer treat. — and can we say “epic view!” The cityscape can not be beat.

“The water is nasty, needs to be cleaned more often. The lady in the front desk is very rude and gave an attitude to every person that came in while I was making the line. The pool was so dirty I felt disgusted and couldn’t get in, had to ask for a refund. The lady was refusing to give me a refund even though I came out a minute after and didn’t even get in the pool. The manager was definitely nicer and helped me get my refund. NOT COMING BACK. PLEASE AVOID.”
