“Our family has always had a great time at Traxside and we decided last minute to have a birthday party there for our 9 year old. We were able to easily book our party online only a week in advance and the team took great care of us from start to finish with text and email communications throughout the week leading up to the party. We appreciated the communication and personalization of our daughter's party, even though we only chose the lowest, BasiX package. She still had a large party table set up with plates, cups, napkins, and a fun bin with treat bags for each attendee. They reached out to us to provide some photos for her photo slideshow, which she really loved seeing, andthey had a special skate time shoutout for her with a song of her choice. We highly recommend TraXside for skating and the party experience was great and memorable with a lot of options to choose from depending on the experience you want. We really appreciated the guidance on the day of with our own party pro, Mylie, and she was great at being patient with our questions and needs.
