I went to up one yesterday trying to kill some time waiting for my mother to arrive on the plane and I had such a WONDERFUL experience. Winnie is so helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The machines are well managed and fair for people to win from unlike most places. The environment was cozy and peaceful with really good music. I can’t rave about this place enough. Thank you again Winnie for everything and I really hope to see this arcade come to long island one day it would be such a perfect fit. 10/10 Stephanie

“Kevin and Jeff were incredibly helpful! One of the machines was faulty and they immediately offered to rectify the situation. Me and my family had a great time there. The prizes are really cute! And winning IS possible; it’s not a gimmick. We won 7 plushies! Kevin also informed us of the new SoHo location in the city. I’ll definitely be checking that out! Shoutout to Jeff for being such a great help. He definitely made our time there very awesome. Thank you both! Will definitely be back!”

“So many cute plushies with great Pokémon selection!! Don’t be sad if your desired plush is in a bad position—you can ask for the item to be moved in the machines for a greater chance of getting them! Got three plushies with $21 ($20 for the credits, $1 for the card)! Super nice employees and storekeeper as well!”

“Love that you can trade in small plushies for the bigger ones. My girls traded in for Rocket last week and this week we collect 6 small ones to trade for Groot. Fair prices. Great selection for trade ins.”
