We loved this venue for our son’s 4th birthday! The staff was super friendly and quick. The activities were great for kids and the different play areas were nice for different ages.

“I visited Uptown Jungle today for a birthday party. Our group had a disturbing experience when an older boy tried to lure a young girl away, telling her to "follow me" and "don't tell your mom." When it was reported, the staff was dismissive and refused to check cameras without a police report. When the father of the birthday boy tried to address the situation, management kicked him out. Even more disturbing, they said that these incidents happen all the time and they don't intervene unless something bad happens. An indoor playground should have a zero-tolerance policy for this behavior. Between the predatory incident and this management, I no longer feel this is a safe environment for children. Parents, please be extremely vigilant or stay away. *editing to add that the father of the birthday boy got banned. They still won't do anything about the juvenile that attempted to lure a little girl away from her mom”
