Had my kid's birthday party here. I have never been at a Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, so I did not know what to expect. Everyone had a good time. The park was well supervised, and good flow. It was crowded but managed well. I do have to acknowledge our party host Anastasia was very attentive, explained everything and was great with kids and parents. I was very impressed with her positive attitude, efficiency and hustle. Food at the event was ok as the pizza was so-so. I would suggest they improve on that. If having a party again, I would cut down on pizza ordered and get more nuggets. I wish they had other food options. That being said, the party packages are very thorough and are a good value.

“I threw a birthday party for my daughter here 11/8 - needless to say the kids had the times of their lives. We had an incident with another person in the park who’s child was bullying two girls from my party & the security guard and employees stepped in immediately to deescalate the situation , watched the cameras and so on. Although they don’t let you bring in anything except dessert, the Pizza was really good . And what I liked the most was our host and the flexibility to all age groups . Thank you urban air !”

“We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here with her friends. We visit often and understand that it can get busy. Juliana made our celebration easy and stress-free. She was always nearby, helping the kids and assisting us with everything. Thanks to her, we were able to relax and fully enjoy the party. We look forward to coming back for another celebration!”

“This place was CROWDED on a Saturday frigid afternoon. Were we surprised? Not at all! We were there for a birthday party and there were probably 10 parties happening. It was quite overstimulating, to be honest, but my kids had a blast!!! There was a lot of staff present in many areas to ensure safety, which made me feel really good about the place. The pizza served was “meh”, but once again, as long as the kids ate it for energy sustenance, it’ll do.”
