After checking out several venues we decided to celebrate our daughter's 7th bday at Urban Air for the second year in a row. The venue called us a couple of days before the party to ensure that everything was in place. The day of the party was great. Our hostess, Brooklyn, made our event fun and easy. She quickly brought us another table when we wanted to setup a separate table for the cake and pictures. The food was yummy and hot. The play equipment was clean and there was a fun mix of activities for the different age groups. My littles LOVED the ball pit, trampolines and the children's play area. Our preteens loved the zip lining. We were happy with the value we got! Thank you for making this one memorable.

“Sections of trampoline were broken and poorly blocked off, which was a clear safety concern as I watched little ones go to jump on them. Attractions closed due to disrepair. The padding around the trampolines are clearly dirty, there is trash all over the floor inbthe climbing area and the padding is covered in dirty and looks filthy. This has been observed over the last few times we have gone in the last 2 years and it's clearly getting worse.”
