We came to celebrate my son bday, and it was our first time here and Ms. Melissa helped us get tickets she was so kind, patient and helpful. And Demya(urban cafe) took our food order she was so nice and helpful as well. We will definitely be back!!

“Fun for kids but not accessible or accommodating for disabled parents. Little to no comfortable seating (terrible or no back rests) unless you wanted to pay for janky massage chairs, which dont work half the time. Damn thing stole a dollar from me. Its hard enough trying to find things to do with a kid when disabled.”

“Parents BEWARE!!!!. I took my children here a couple months ago for a single day outing. The girl checking people in where we purchased tickets for the day said her tablet wasn't working properly and so she handled our entire check-in process Self aside for my signing, my children's waiver. And I am now finding out she signed me up for a six month membership that I am incapable of canceling due to their companies policy.”
