I helped organize and lead a private event for a local middle school after hours at urban air in commerce. The managers and staff there were great to work with. Planning a school trip comes with a lot of red tape from the school district and the managers were patient and flexible with us while we worked through that. We finally got to the day of our event and it was a huge success. The staff took really good care of us and all our kiddos. If you happen to do an after hours event with teens and tweens, you should know that getting a bunch of pizzas after people just had dinner results in many uneaten pizzas. 🤣 Snacks will be enough.
