âBe very careful before signing up for a membership here. The cancellation process is terrible (once your agreed 6 or 12 months plan ends).I submitted my cancellation request about a week ago and was told to expect a response within 72 hours. I have heard nothing back to this day. I can provide all evidences. To make matters worse, their online cancellation form is broken and only gives error messages. They make it easy to sign up but impossible to leave. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.â
