“I took my sister here as a early birthday present because she’s been whining for months about coming here and we finally brought her here and it was a lovely time. as a 21 year old i still found plenty of ways to have fun with them and honestly for the price, time , and how enjoyable the staff is, i would come here again. I think if you come to these places expecting it to be clean or ur a stuck up person, don’t come here, but knowing how the staff really do want to make sure you get the most out of ur money and make sure you have a great time, i mean it was great.”

“We recently had a party here for my 8 year old son. Our party host, Jibreel, was phenomenal. He was friendly and patient with all the children. Jibreel helped us get any needed items in a speedy manner. We never felt rushed and the whole process was stress free. Urban zone is so much fun. Our guests had a blast and there’s something for all ages. We will be coming back soon for another party!”

“This is a great new spot on the island for the kids - so many cool sections and activities to keep kids of all ages entertained - I think it offers more than Urban Air and Altitude trampoline parks. I deducted a star because the staff at the front desk wasn't very friendly or welcoming but if I could have deducted a half star, I would have. Also, found a big hole in one inflatable by the slide, staff didn't notice it even though they were standing next to me. They repaired it quickly. Kids had a blast.”
