âThey refused to give me and my young kids any water once we were done bowling. It is a hot day and after all the activities and very warm car we were all very thirsty. Went up and asked the front desk where I can fill up a water bottle, and the guy said it was "policy" not to give any us anything because the empty water bottle was an "outside beverage". What an embarrassment. Not even a single water fountain or anything. Oh yeah, and their ceiling was falling apart with visible damage.
