1 / 3Warner Grand Theatre
đ San Pedro, CA
A partially restored 90-year-old Art Deco theater in San Pedro hosting live concerts, murder mystery musicals, open mic nights, and free community film screenings. Original neon signage and ornate interiors intact.
The Warner Grand Theater is now 90 years old. It has been partially restored to its original grandeur and the work is continuing. But go there now. It is wonderful. Located on 6th Street in old town San Pedro its neon calls to you. They have some great plays and other events there. The box office and the front is original as is some of the carpet. Some areas have been restored and the work continues, but you can get a comfortable seat and there is not a bad seat in the house. They have concessions in the lobby. The theater is kept super clean and parking is on the street or a nearby lot. The ceiling is original and it is stunning. There is just not one thing not to love about this little part of San Pedro. You will love it.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with school-age kids and teens who appreciate historic venues and live performance. The 1930s architecture is a genuine draw, and free community screenings make it accessible. Vintage seating has sparse legroom â factor that in for longer shows with younger children.

âThis is a wonderful old building that will be undergoing a renovation sooner than later. But, don't let that stop you from visiting. It is rich with history and architecture. Home to many events and film viewings.â
