1 / 2Washington Square Playground
📍 North Beach, CA
Washington Square Playground at 649 Filbert St is a compact, low-key play area within Washington Square Park featuring tunnel zones, slides, and a layout specifically praised for toddler safety.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for parents of toddlers and preschoolers - the equipment scale and layout are specifically called out by reviewers as safe for children around age 2. Older kids may find the structures too small, so it works best as a dedicated toddler stop rather than a destination for mixed-age groups.
