Please do not support this business!! The owner does not care enough about the place to spend the money needed to run the place. It was so so hot when we came and my kiddos were very hot. the swings were very dirty and the kids kept putting toys in their mouths. the staff is very friendly and even gave us a band aid and ice pack. The price was a bit high for just a few hours to stay and I think the owner should change this because people do not want to actually stay the whole day. There was also an older gentleman who seemed angry and even got heated with some kids on the ziplines for no reason that I could find. Lots of nannies were not watching their kids and let their kids climb on the walls and swing super high without watching for the kids running around them. when I needed to change my toddler's diapers, I was appalled to only find one diaper changing station after having to ask an employee for help changing his diaper because only one bathroom was fitted with a changing station at a place for young kids. Overall my kids liked the toys but the trampoline was an issue because the older kids were tackling and pushing too much for them to enjoy it. I gave two stars because i Believe that the owner can truly do better and make this gym a better place for kids so I hope to be back later and see improvement.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families of children with sensory processing differences or special needs who want a dedicated inclusive play environment. Open play drop-ins are the lower-commitment entry point. Families considering memberships should review billing terms directly with staff before enrolling.

β€œI saw another review mentioning that the owner charged a membership without consent, and I’ve had a similar experience. I have been a long-time patron, and we brought our youngest daughter to the Spectrum. Toward the end of the month, we attempted to visit but were told that we no longer had an active membership. I disputed this at the time, informing the employee that we did have an active membership for that month. She attempted to contact the owner, but there was no answer. I also emailed the owner and, again, received no response. Since we had moved, I decided not to renew and instead paid a one-time fee that day. I followed up with another email asking the owner to cancel my membership and refund the cost of the day pass once she verified that my membership was still active. Again, there was no response. Unfortunately, I was charged for a monthly membership the very next day. I have emailed the owner multiple times requesting that the membership be canceled, but I have received no response, and the charges have continued on my credit card. At this point, I consider this to be fraudulent and will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. This situation is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and it’s disheartening to see such a lack of business integrity.”

β€œI loved it here until we tried a day camp. Nobody paid attention to my daughter and it was basically drop your kid off and expect them to entertain themselves which doesn’t work for a 3 year old. When I got there for pick up she was standing by a wall by herself. She still talks about how sad she was there”

β€œPlease, do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this franchise location; that is unless you want them to keep your card on file, charge you without your knowing or consent and NOT get your money back after them having done so. Go to a different location! There are loads more in the surrounding areas worth the drive, who conduct themselves much more professionally than this establishment. After coming here for a long time with my youngest paying $75 each month at our own discretion whenever the membership expired, we decided to switch to paying per visit due to better weather for playing outside. We paid $15 dollars for two separate visits after we did not renew our old month-by-month membership. We NEVER chose to do automatic. However, our issue came about whenever they charged our card, which they had kept on file apparently, $75 at 4am today on November 14. Mind you, we did not authorize this transaction and we were not present (nor were they open at that time). We have not been there at all since we paid for the day on our last visit, to which the worker on the phone confirmed. Subsequently - OUR GREATEST GRIEVANCE IS WITH THE OWNER'S APPALLING BEHAVIOR. We called and spoke to a worker who advised they would ask the owner if we could get a refund due to not having our permission to charge our card and that we haven't been in there. The worker called us back to advise us that the owner said she "never had problems like this in the past," and that we must have given them permission. An owner gaslighting a patron...how very trashy. Moreover, they went on to tell us that the owner is NOT going to refund us, but that they would give us credit to come back for free. As if we'd ever step foot in there again after being treated so poorly regarding this matter. The owner clearly lacks class, integrity and professionalism. Which is a shame, because I had come to make friends with several of the employees there prior to this egregious act of greedy behavior on the owners part. I am however, not surprised, as several workers I came to know had mentioned their distaste for the owner in the past to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LAKEWOOD LOCATION. The Lakewood franchise owner is fabulous and always present. Classy place, classy people, much cleaner and they even have diapers/wipes in the bathroom for folks to use among other amenities that this location lacks. Also the Lakewood franchise location is full of *parents* and kids, as opposed to this location being nanny central (where they don't watch the kids or care if they're bullying other kids). In conclusion, I suspect the owner might have needed that $75 more than my family and I.”
