We love this place! My kids have so much fun here, they never get bored since there is so much to do. Their pop up events are always a blast, too!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with neurodivergent children ages 1–8, particularly sensory seekers. Toddlers with autism thrive here due to the structured sensory equipment. Neurotypical siblings are equally welcome. Can get crowded on weekends β€” swings are clustered and kids may collide during busy sessions.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Visit on weekday sessions to avoid the swing area becoming too congested
⏰Check the events calendar regularly β€” themed pop-up playdates sell out fast
🎟️Sign the waiver online before arrival to skip the front-desk queue
πŸš—Membership options exist for frequent visitors; ask staff about the nonprofit social skills groups

β€œWe Rock the Spectrum has been such a special place for our family. As a parent of a neurodivergent child, it’s rare to find a space where your child can truly be themselves and feel completely welcome and this place does exactly that. The environment is thoughtful, inclusive, and designed so that kids of all abilities can play, explore, and build confidence. My son absolutely loves it, and I love watching him feel free and successful there. Beyond the equipment and activities, the heart of this place is the people. The staff genuinely care and have created a space that feels safe, joyful, and supportive for both kids and parents. We’re so grateful this place exists. It has meant a lot to our family. We have had several years of birthday parties there as well and they make everything so EASY!!”

β€œI can’t say enough about how this place has helped our family! Our son has autism. He’s turning 3 soon, and we found WRTS when he turned 2. Our son is a sensory seeker, so we’re constantly trying to find play gyms in the Nashville area to gain sensory input and β€œget wiggles out”. No other play gym in our area (besides the Franklin location) provides our son with a completely safe place to be himself and explore gross motor equipment and toys he would otherwise not have access to. I’m incredibly grateful for We Rock The Spectrum, and I tell EVERYONE I know!! For kids of all abilities, your child will LOVE this experience!”

β€œFun place for little kids. My kids enjoyed and thats the most important part. As for me as the parent, It was pretty crowded when we went, there are a lot of swings all together and they can easily smash into each other if multiple kids are playing. Items were all a bit dirty and sticky. The space is pretty small and theres a lot packed in there, perhaps too much. Paint is peeling on the wall by the train table. cost was $32 after tax for two kids to play. Definitely a fun place to go if your kid really likes swinging and its not nice weather for an outdoor park.”
