My neice (3) and nephew (7) loved this place. A variety of activities for climbing, swinging. Plus, crafts, building and pretend play. Worth the cost for a contained, safe and autism friendly space. The only thing I wish is that they had same day re-entry to come again after naptime. Thank you!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children who have autism, sensory processing differences, or developmental needs requiring a low-pressure, structured play environment. Neurotypical siblings are welcome and engaged by the varied equipment. Birthday parties here work particularly well for children who find conventional party venues overwhelming.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Call ahead to confirm equipment is fully maintained and operational before a first visit
⏰Check the class schedule if your child benefits from structured sessions rather than open play
🎟️Birthday party slots book up β€” contact the venue several weeks out to secure a date and discuss customization

β€œI think this could be a great place for other families - we felt it was a little bit overwhelming, my 2 year old wasn’t quite sure what to do because there was such a chaotic variety of toys and equipment, and things were a little disorganized making it difficult to play effortlessly. I would recommend for older children or sensory-seeking individuals.”

β€œSafety Incidents - I don’t typically like to leave negative reviews, but I feel I should share this experience. During my son’s birthday party, two separate safety incidents occurred. In one instance, a swing detached completely while in use by a scrawny 7-year-old child. In another, a child sustained a head injury that required emergency medical attention. I sent a detailed email to management afterward (attached below), not to complain, but to ensure awareness and offer suggestions to help prevent future injuries. It has been over a week, and I have received no response. While I understand that waivers were signed and are standard practice for facilities like this, a facility that serves children should demonstrate basic accountability and care when concerns like this are raised. Even a brief acknowledgment would have shown professionalism and compassion. While the staff onsite were kind and the kids had fun, the lack of response from management is concerning so I'll be giving just 2 stars and blocking out the names of the staff that helped us that day, both were very kind from my original email below. Hi Team, I wanted to bring a few safety concerns to your attention following my son’s birthday party at your facility today at 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, two separate incidents occurred during our visit: 1. Swing Equipment Failure The blue birdcage-style swing completely detached while a child was inside it. The cage fell to the ground with the child still inside. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries, but the situation could have been much worse given the heavy metal pipes and structure surrounding the area. It appeared that the metal bolt securing the swing to the top pole either broke or sheared off entirely. 2. Injury on Trampoline Stairs A second child fell backward on the trampoline stairs and sustained a head injury. His parents took him to the emergency room, where he received four staples. I wanted to share a few suggestions based on these incidents: β€’ Ensure regular and thorough maintenance is being performed on all equipment. β€’ Consider adding padding to hard surfaces, particularly areas such as the trampoline stairs, to help prevent serious injuries. Aside from these incidents, the children did have fun, and **** and ***** were wonderful. I mainly wanted to be sure management is fully aware of what took place today and to encourage continued improvements to help safeguard the gym for children and families moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to review this, and I appreciate your attention to safety. Sincerely, Mai”
